OK, something really strange happened on my phone today. I work shifts and I have my rotas on Excel spreadsheets which I send to my phone. I e-mailed my new rota to my phone this morning, opened the e-mail in the Gmail app, and saved the file. I then went to My Files to check it was there - indeed it was, but the file containing my current rota had gone. Completely disappeared. The file names were similar but not the same, as you might expect. Somehow the old file has been deleted, or else the new one has overwritten it, which shouldn't happen.
Does anybody have any clue to what happened here? Some obscure setting in Gmail or on the phone? To be clear, I definitely did not delete the file myself as I still have a couple of weeks of shifts on there.
