File Issues??

I recently acquired a Huawei Union from my father (used). I reset and cleaned it before uploading my things. It was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago. It will not download documents, music, photos, or videos. It says download canceled or failed. I can't figure out what happened. Any ideas?

You need to start from a know clean state.
When you say you "reset and cleaned it" does that mean you did a Factory Data Reset?
Was it ever root-ed?

Yes, Ifactory reset, but I never root my phones, too many problems
 
I assume your Father did not root it?

Perhaps you are out of storage space and that is the reason you cannot add new files.

He doesn't know how to do things like that. And I have a 64gb SD card I save everything to. I've only used two GBs on it but it says it's full. I think I'm just gonna get a new phone. The website, Huawei, says this model doesn't even exist.
 
You could try copying a fair sized file from internal storage to the SD card and see if it fails. That could give you some insight into a bad SD card.

Perhaps you are out of internal storage .... you only have 8GB for the system and you.

You cold try copying a fairly large file from the SD card to internals storage.
