File Manager does not see apk on SD

I moved a game from my phone to the SD card. I now want to install the game data on a new phone. I have installed App Installer and Astro but neither can see the apk on the card. When I plug the phone into my PC via USB, I see the apk is there. Any ideas?
 
There's a lot you don't see on the phone, even rooted. Plug in the USB and it all shows up on the PC. Real strange... but I just copy all to PC, and back to wherever I want it. All are in .android_secure... I guess that's what "secure" means.
