For the Samsung Note 3, when I download a file, the original file name does not show up in the downloads or "my files" folder, only a generic "document.word" or "document.ppt".
I have to sort through all my downloads and documents to find the specific file I am looking for because the original file name is not there.
Anyone else experiencing the same thing or know a solution?
