Help File problem

Hi all.

Forgive me my naivety as I'm new to my Galaxy S3.

I've two files with the extension .tgz in my downloads that I can't do anything with, I can't even delete them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried downloading a file manager and seeing if that does anything for you?

Thanks for getting back to me. I've tried all manner of file managers but they give me a variety of different results i.e. 'File does not exist', 'Cannot be deleted/renamed' etc.

Confused!
