Help File transfer problems

Hi, recently I've been looking up ways to transfer files from my tablet's inner storage to a microSD card and none of them have worked so far. I even looked in the system's manual and that didn't make sense at all. I also don't know where to look for the model and information like that. So, can someone help, please?

Lollipop restricts what you can copy to the SD card...

If the File Manager app did not create the directory/folder on the SD card, it is not permitted to copy anything to that folder.
