so I am using the USB cable that came with my Droid Bionic, plugged into my windows 7 machine at work. I click on the phone icon that appears at the bottom of my screen, which opens my droid bionic motorola MTP interface. I select Browse Files > removable storage > DCIM > Camera and then select a picture file I want to take from my phone, and place on my computer. When I right click on the photo, click "cut", then right click on my desktop and click "paste", I get the "windows explorer has quit running" message. Every time. what's going on?

Have you tried Copy/Paste? Make sure you do not have your external storage encrypted. Settings > Location & security > Data Encryption off

copy/paste doesn't work, drag and drop doesnt work. When I connect USB Mass Storage instead of PC mode, it works but it doesn't show me all the pictures on my phone. I take a picture at work for a project, and try to pull it off my phone onto my work computer and it shows up in PC mode, but won't let me copy/paste it, or it flat out doesn't show up in USB Mass Storage mode. The pictures that DO show up in USB Mass Storage I CAN copy/paste.
