File Xfer...UGH?

Ugh....

First I downloaded all files from my Bionic to my comp. Then I connected my nexus to my comp and I tried using both settings media device (MTP)and camera(PTP), I opened the nexus on my comp, selected the pic folder and highlighted all pics from my comp to be moved to the nexus. Every time I drop all the images into the picture folder on the nexus it stops saying...

Error, Device has stopped responding or it has been disconnected.

Ugh, anyone know what Im doing wrong? I cant even put my music on the nexus.....

I connected to mine via MTP, and im just dragging & dropping files to the respective folders. I have usb debugging on and also the Samsung driver recognizes my device as "Galaxy Nexus" are you able to open the files on the phone and view them?

All my settings look the same as yours... Still no go.

try using the gnex usb cable instead of the bionic's
