files on SD, unable to identify to delete (even with google)

Hi there!

Was wondering if anyone knew if the following folders are able to be safely deleted from my SD card, and if not what are their functions?

I have googled these and searched for them and have not found an actual description of them or if they are safe to delete. Any help would be great!
My phone is a galaxy note 2, not rooted, standard home etc..
I had GO launcher for a while but really didn't like it's aggressive push nature and limited themes without paying or ads...

These are the suspicious files/folders:

AppGame - With these internally: icon, GOmarketsdk, cache1

Am I able to delete the above?

Also:

.adc - contains a fair few files with 'ad' in the name.. is this deletable? It is a large folder, 32 files

Also:

Mmsyscache - can I delete it, as it does say its cache..

.seclh - a google search came up with a whole heap of indonesian stuff.. what is this file? Can it be deleted?

I don't want to delete them then find out later I needed it for a basic phone function. I can always reinstall apps if it's only a cache or file folder for a game or something.

Any and all help appreciated :) I hate rubbish on my phone, or something I don't fully understand. And theres no way I'm just gonna let it sit there lol

Thanks!!
Natalie

As you arent rooted, the phone wont let you uninstall any apps that it came with or needs so feel free to uninstall anything it lets you
Welcome to the community btw. Dont be a stranger

Get an app called "File Expert" to identify what's on your SD Card (once you donwload and open it....select the "folders" icon at top middle of the app screen. ..you'll see the SD Card folder sitting there for you to tap).

Once you know the names of the stuff on your SD Card....then, use Easy Uninstaller to uninstall...

But, like my friend Funky said.....if they're stock apps....you'll need to root your phone and use Titanium Backup

Thankyou for your replies :)
I'll have a look at those apps, one day I might consider gaining more control of my phone with a root, but I don't feel I'm ready for that yet for some reason. I'd understand most of it but I just fear I'd brick it somehow haha.. will let you know how I go with those folders. ..

Ok so I deleted all the files mentioned above, and my phone seems to be in working order still, if not a little faster/cleaner ;)

The apps listed seemed to only single out already accessible functions, with regards to viewing SD files and deleting installed apps? Unless I am missing something, it didn't rename the files to a more recognisable state, or change much when I went to delete things.

From what I could work out, the 'AppGame' might be something left over from GO Launcher after I deleted it and it's counterparts, as one of its internal folders had the name with 'GO' in it...

The '.adc' folder, I found out to be from a company that gives you game credits for viewing ads, so it must have been attached to one of my games which uses virtual coin, it had one of the largest file sizes on my SD card, filled with icons and files and such... Glad its gone!

Couldn't really work out what the other 2 were, I have gone through a fair few apps recently, so I am assuming it would have been from one of those, as it hasn't returned yet from opening apps I currently have.

Anyway, if I have any other problems or even good things to share in the future, I won't hesitate to put up a post :)

Thankyou again

Natalie
