I seem to be having issues filling out forms. Actually, I can fill them out, but when I hit submit, it just hangs. Does anyone else have this issue? Or is it user error?

I assume you mean forms on the web? I haven't seen that problem pop up, I've filled out lots of forms without a problem. I doubt that it's user error, I don't know what you could be doing wrong. Maybe try clearing your browser cache/history/cookies and see if that makes a difference. Are you using the default browser?
