I get mine on Monday :-)

Awesome mate :D
the start up screen itself is marvelling :) no matter how many come, MOTO is always the big daddy :)

I've watched ALOT of reviews and those silly un-boxing videos, I get impressed every time. Even the box it comes in looks awesome.

Question... Did yours come with an SD card? An Amazon and Verizon rep both told me that it didn't, but all the reviews and videos I've seen say that it does.

NOpe.
Mine did not come with an sd card...i ordered a 32 gb card without knowing that razr can go upto 64...eventho it is stated that it can hold only upto 32gb, users in our forum itself like szandisk are using a 64gb card..all u have to do is, insert the card and format it in the phone...
and again...the phone did not have a sd card in it or neither did the box have one

If I need the extra space, I'll just use my Evo 3D's. It came with an 8 gig. SD cards are really expensive.

I read on reviews stating that evo 3d is over priced....is it true ? how do u like it ? whats the internal storage in that ?

I love my phone. For when it was released, it's a great phone. It has 4 gigs internal and you can use a little over a gig for apps. It's very fast and can handle anything I've thrown at it. The only problem I've ever had was trying to play certain games while using bluetooth for sound, it'll lag occasionally. Today, with everything that's been released with 16+ storage, I wouldn't pay more than $50 on contract. Then again, "I" who wouldn't pay that much for nothing on Sprint's network right now. I'm very sour wth them. Hence why I'm switching to Verizon. Plus, I'm getting two RAZRs for only $35 a piece from Amazon. I waited one day to bite the bullet and make the purchase and they dropped from $50 a piece.

How good are they? I would prefer an upper class card in case I decide not to root and use an SD speed increase app.
Amazon.com: Sandisk 16GB MicroSDHC Memory Card, Class 4: Electronics
That's a class 4, which honestly is good enough for a phone. The write speed isn't really a factor except when you're transferring lots of data to the card (loading it up with music or recording LOTS of video). (FYI the sd card that came with my Razr is a class 4). That $11 with shipping.

Looking around, I find a few class 10's at around $18.
