Finally, find the app to remove app permissions without root

My phone can not be rooted, have to find tools can work without root.
Finally, I find the app named Advanced Permission Manager can do it.

It can scan apps by permission, can remove permissions by a good UI, and also contain an ops manager. But it cannot deal with System apps, do you guys have any ideas about it?

To change permissions on system apps you have to be rooted. It's how Linux works, there's no way for an app to get around it.

Thanks!
per my understanding, Advanced Permission Manager just do file modification and need re-installation. That's why it cannot deal with system apps. Correct?

Yup, to deal with anything system you have to be root. What phone have you got, maybe it can be rooted? Most people don't need root, unless there's something they particularly need to do.

Galaxy Grand 2, I don't know how to root it yet.

Ok that's quite a new, JB 4.3 and fairly off-beat phone, and Samsung are really tending to lock things down these days. Keep an eye on XDA you never know. I know the original Grand i8552 can be rooted, because I've got one of those, the Win Duos version.
