After 5 new TB I finally gave up and returned it for the last time. I tried hard to love the TB but it had too many hardware issues. Quality control was not well executed on the TB. I'm just going to wait for the Bionic on August 4th and hope for the best. I'm going to miss the HTC sense UI and other features but the TB is a huge fail.

I don't blame you, IMO this phone is a failure. I still like mine, but I have no idea why. It's so damn buggy.
If I had to do it all over again I'd have just waited for the Inc2 or Bionic.

5 times? I'm going on my 3rd TB and Verizon is claiming that they don't refund or swap out TBs for non-TB phones. What did you do to get out of them trying to put you into another TB? I actually spoke with a Customer Service rep for awhile trying to get them to let me swap for a non-TB phone if this last phone proves to be an issue for me, but the guy either was an idiot or they really don't swap out phones anymore.
Are you still grandfathered into your 4G data plan or did you have them change the upgrade date? That's the one thing that I definitely don't want to do. I want my unlimited data plan.
