Finally Google wallet's setup went through

Since day one of receiving my nexus I tried almost everyday for a week to set up google wallet and i used to get an error message. So today i tried to see if it was going to work. And it did, the setup went through and I'm able to use Google wallet on my phone.
 
When I forst got my Nexus 4, I had problems setting up Google Wallet. I kept getting the same error that everyone else did when trying to add a new card. The fix that worked for me was too go into the settings and allowed "unknown sources". Once I did that, google wallet set up perfectly. I also kept trying over and over and finally it worked.
 
I still have yet to actually find a place to use it ... might have to raise my standards and buy something from Jack-in-the-Box. :)
 
A bit of advice to fellow N4 users planning on using the Google wallet on their phones, DO NOT UNINSTALL any of the preloaded system apps that came with the phone. You can disable or freeze them if rooted, I was able to setup Google wallet but it never worked whenever I attempted to use it. Long story short, I did some research on the web & was able to put one and one together that my uninstalling of some of the system apps that came preloaded on the N4 could potentially have been my problem. So when I updated to the 4.2.1, I made sure not to uninstall any system apps & gave the G-Wallet a try again & wala it worked without a hitch. I've used it at Mcd, RaceTrac Gas station & even at MACYs.... To say the least the cashiers are always like, how did you do that?! That's so cool.....
 
The few times I've tried to use it the transaction hangs (generally at the second bump). And the cashiers don't know anything about it so I can't tell if the problem is with me, or their system. For all I know it's waiting for them to do something.

Is your phone rooted? I understand that Wallet doesn't work with rooted phones. I still haven't found any transaction terminal here locally that I can try it with.

It will generally say your device isn't supported, but it still fully works. At least on my evos.
