Help finally got my Maxx...

So I finally got my Razr Maxx today.

And it has a blue pixel towards the bottom of the screen. It's always blue when the screen is on. I assume this is considered a "dead" pixel. Is this fixable or do I have to exchange it?

Just switched from the Galaxy Note so any screen seems small. But I really don't like how narrow Motorola's 4.3 inch s screen is Compared to others. May have to go back to the Galaxy Nexus. I just hope they fix the signal issue if I do.

I like a lot of things about the Maxx but the narrowness of the screen to me is a draw back.

I exchanged my Maxx for another Maxx. This one seems to be doing fine. Had the camera stop working, it said "Camera was unable to initialize" or something like that. I restarted it and its working now. Im considering something with a higher pixel density. This pixelation on the screen is really bothering me.
