So, I have not been able to watch Sprint TV since I got my Evo. Tried hard resets, updating profiles, clearing data, etc. None of that worked. I had my number ported from AT&T and I noticed in the phone info screen on the Evo that the number that was listed as mine was in fact not mine. Well, after being assured that that was not the issue I finally got someone on the phone who had me change it as well as another number (mmsid? or something like that) through one of the unlock codes. And guess what? It works now. So, if your number is incorrect on your phone that is the likely culprit.
