so guys ive had metro for a while and one thing i love is the 24 hour customer service reps available. no other company can offer it. although you occasionally get complete idiots on there its useful at times
BUT to get the machine to let you talk to a customer service rep its sometimes a real pain in the a** and i knew there was a way to get them directly but i was never able to pull it out of any of them
other day i revert the esteem back to stock and fiddle with the my metro app which is a useful app if it didnt hogg memory all day long and i got to a part where it transfered me to customer service
now idk how many people know this but it was a breakthrough for me from the old 611 or *228. you may not need it much but the number it dialed was *490 and that takes you straight to a metropcs rep no questions asked!
