My name is Modnar24. No really, it is. There are many people i've met in person that only know me as Modnar, or M24. I was an early adopter of that other phone operating system. I had an iPhone the week they came out. Yes, I paid $600 for a new phone with a 2-year contract. I've had 3 since then, but now I am free... Last week, my iPhone 4 gave out and there was a decision to be made. Upgrade to the 5? or try something new? I took the fiscally smart move and got myself a free Samsung Galaxy SII.
Can you say learning curve? I can't even get the keyboard right. Everytime I try to hit the space bar, I end up on my home screen. But!!!
The phone is awesome. I've already rooted (Never jailbroke the iPhone). And I just love the idea of customization. I haven't tried anything serious, but I'm looking for some fun.
Anyways... Just Sayin' Hello! I've browsed the forums and it looks to be a friendly bunch willing to answer dumb questions. I have yet to come across a 'if you searched, you'd find your answer', which is awesome cause I can't stand people who post like that. I look forward to the new experience and everything you guys have to make it better.
