After delaying for months I finally updated to JB and it looked great.
After a while I noticed the lag that everyone was warning about. Searched everywhere to find fix tried all sorts of apps but still problem persists mostly with YouTube and the normal video player where it would freeze.
Going to try to install Custom rom, how do you get cwm on it?
Update: Goodbye stock JB, updated to Cyanogenmod 10.2. It's very good.
