But you would need to know who to make that request to.
That is the problem. I would guess NSA I'm pretty sure they still record everything. FBI if you're US local.
Actually I doubt they do record everything. But in any event I'd expect any FOI request to them to be a waste of time - if it's anything like here they can use "national security" as a reason for witholding, and I doubt very much they'd admit to having a recording much less release it.
Maybe a couple of years 18 months...
