Finding a charger for USB 3.0 speeds....

And what's the original charger? Probably more than 2.4A. If not, then there's probably some jumper (in the charger) that your phone needs to charge at full current. (USB speed has nothing to do with the speed the phone charges. That's determined by how much current it can draw from the charger - which is a combination of how much the charger can supply and what the phone "sees" when it's connected to the charger.)
 
I don't know about the volts but it's supposed to charge at 2.1A.

The best way to understand electrical flow is think of voltage as like (water) pressure and amperage/current as rate of flow. So your anker charger is a bit deficient in pushing that current/amperage. We have to be aware more nowadays because of the wider range of battery sizes. Also, a 5.3V charger could harm a smaller battery.
