Help Finding a compact phone

[Android Question]

I currently have a HTC Desire X, which is getting old, and need a replacement. Preferably with better CPU, and more app storage.

Problem is finding a phone that is not significantly larger. The Desire X is 118,5 X 62,3 X 9,3 mm.

Any suggestions?

One of the Sony Compacts (Z3 or Z5 version) would be about 3mm wider, marginally longer, slightly thinner. The Z3C has 16GB internal storage, the Z5C 32GB, both have SD expansion for media.

Thanks for the input. The Zx models do seem like good choices.

Any other suggestions still welcome
