Help Finding "Misc" in Tasker. Renamed?

So for the first time I'm trying tasker coming from other automation apps. I get the just of it and I'm using online e guides to setup some stuff. The problem with some of the profile/tasks is in directions it will say "new task" click "misc" I have yet to find Misc anywhere inside Tasker. My phone is not rooted and I'm on 6.0.1. Am I missing a certain plugin maybe? I'm just trying to do some basic stuff like read SMS when I'm driving and so on.

Inside Tasker select Tasks, add a new Task (or edit an existing one), then click the "+" to add an action. The "Select Action Category" menu has "Misc" in it.

(I seem to be running version 4.1u3. Not the latest by a long way, but I guess that's what happens when you buy directly rather than through the Play Store, you don't get notified of updates!).

Things have changed in the app so it takes some searching around. Do ally found it, "Misc" is now under "Alert" rather than right there in the options after choosing action. If you upgrade to 4.1u4 you got a few changes to get used too. Thanks for helping though.
