Apps Finding the POLQA score for a call

Hi,

I am interested in an API that can give me a value of the POLQA (standard name: ITU P.863) metric for a call that the phone makes/receive. By POLQA I mean the specification described here:

http://www.polqa.info/

Is this something that android computes internally?
