Fingertips get sweaty!

What do you guys and gals do when your fingertips get sweaty while gaming? Sweaty fingertips cause me to be eaten by zombies! Which Im not a fan of.
 
just keep a nice absorbent towl by your side and pause the game and wipe your hands good periodically
