Firefox, Bookmarks, Android

Am trying to figure out how to add and manage bookmarks in Firefox in Android. For the life of me I cannot find a functional way to do this. I cannot reveal a menu bar that I see in tutorial. Going into Menu and Settings reveals nothing except the word Bookmarks which essentially does nothing, and I know I don't know how to manipulate this.

Can anyone point to a How-To manage Bookmarks in Firefox (or Chrome for that matter) in Android? How to add, access and delete. It would be most appreciated, so I know I am not going crazy not finding such an obvious function. tx

In chrome, tap the 3 dots, choose the star, tada! It's now bookmarked.

It's the same in Firefox: press the 3 dot button, tap the hollow star at the top of the menu (between the forward/backward arrows and the reload button) and you've bookmarked the page.

It's a common way of doing it in mobile browsers. I've met several others that use the same system.
