Firefox & Chrome > New Tab > Focus and close

I don't see a way to change the behavior of these two browsers, Dolphin and the HTC browser do it right. Focus changes to the new tab.

And you have to open the multi tabs view to close a tab, but in Dolphin it's much easier to do. Am I missing something, some setting in FF or Chrome?

I actually like it that way. Anyway, I don't see a function for it in Chrome. Why not just stick to Dolphin or Boat then?
