My device is not rooted.
I'm so disappointed everyone else getting updates but me at 3.2 .

You can download most firmware updates from ASUS. Try to use the latest one here for your version and see if you can receive the newest firmware update after.

Before you do the firmware upgrade you can also try this below, After reboot go to the About Tablet under Settings and do the Update again and see if it brings anything up.

"Go To Settings /Applications / Manage / All / DMClient & Force Close/Clear Data/Clear Cache and then reboot.
