Firmware Downgrade

Which version do you want? Maybe you know the Baseband ?? Or just me which contry you are from, if it is available I will post you the link.:D
Also, all firmwares available are official samsung firmwares... :)

So 1st, I'm from Romania and i bought my phone fom Orange. I need the 2.2.1 Froyo because my phone has some problem and because I installed firmware from samfirmwares i lost my guarantee, but now i need it. So I need a 2.2 Froyo from KIES to install 2.3.4 with KIES, or is there a way to reinstall 2.3.4 from KIES saying me that he cant validate the current version?

Sorry but, romanian version of froyo is not available at samfirmware.com. You can instead try flashing this Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: S5570XWKC7_OXXKC3_XXKB1.rar

(But, i won't be responsible for anything that happens to you, either good or bad:D)
ANyway, why do you want to flash older version, try using CM7 its the best rom for Galaxy Mini.:)

which version are you running now... try the file i gave you earlier and try to see if you can upgrade it via kies.... Also, make sure you have backup of your current rom.:) and all your apps and data too...

i found the romanian firmware of froyo "S5570BVKC3"
on samfirmwares is "S5570XWKC3_H3GKC2_NEKC1" i think is that one :D an hope
i.l give it a try later this day and i.l announce you if kies recognize my firmware

DON'T TRY IT i bricked my phone X(

Try flashing gb again from Odin, it should get you out of the brick....:)

i used an unbrick tutorial...and it worked
thx anyway

balazs31 not a chance for us,...we can.t find the proper firmware for Romania :-<

balazs31 good news i make it...now i have the official orange firmware...if you want to teach you how to do it PM me ;)

Here is the orange 2.2 Froyo: S5570BVKC4.rar - download now for free. File sharing. Software file sharing. Free file hosting. File upload. FileFactory.com
After you flash it, unplug the device, plug it again, KIES will recognize it and update to a newer version of FROYO 2.2. I have this version, and works like a charm, no WiFI bug, some Wifi networks that not worked with 2.4.3 work with this 2.2.

What tutorial did you use to unbrick your phone if you don't mind :D

Oh and to be on topic, although the samfirmwares are official there is no garantee kies will recognise any of the firmware.

I'm curious however to know what do you need your warranty for sine your phone seems to work fine?
