It seems it takes a while for word to circulate about updates so this appeared to be the logical thing to do.
Baseband i9300XXLF2 appears to be the latest version available, I updated yesterday morning Over The Air on tmobile UK.
Can't speak for other providers but others may be able to get the 21mb update via kies

To check your version;
From home screen
Press bottom left button (options)
Select settings
Scroll to bottom of the page
Select "About Phone"
Or select "Software Update" then "Update" to check for updates.
Updating may help users with a variety of current issues as far as fixes goes, always try to stay up to date :thumbup:
