Firmware update problems....

Every time I try and download the firmware update I get a "server" error. I am getting out to the net fine (obviously) but the upgrade software will not connect to what ever server its looking for... any suggestions?

So, what actually is this firmware update?

Is it just to fix problems that some people have had using the Marketplace, or is it the update to ICS?

Some people have said they can't see any difference before the update, so I doubt it'll be the ICS update.

I've had no problems with the Marketplace myself.

I got the update today and I find that it runs better then before. Never had a problem on install. It went smooth sailing from the time I download it.

Are u using kies? That happened to me when using the update option on configuration panel. Try using kies

This happened to me when I did not have enough battery left (less than 50%)
I was able to connect at about 75%
