I already have the latest version of JB but this morning I got a large firmware update from Samsung. Anybody know what it is or does?

Looking on line I think its to do with the bricking problems some phones have had (not that i have had any problems)

It's either the multi window update or the one to fix the motherboard failure.

If its XXELLA, it addresses the Exynos Memory security flaw.
It also provides a new Bootloader which is harder to reset the flash counter on (bad news for rooted users)
The included Kernel is built from Samsungs Update 7 Source code which includes a fix that addresses the bad firmware on the VTU00M 0xf1 eMMC found in most 16GB S3's, causing the eMMC to fail.
