Firmware Update

I have an GS4 GT-I9505 and was trying to update the firmware using Samsung Kies but after downloads the firmware Kies program closes? and when i try to update by WiFi i get this message: The software update service is not available. Maximum number of roll-out updates has been exceeded. Try later or update your device using Samsung Kies and i'm not rooted. I was hoping that someone could give me some help with this. My firmware now is I9505ZHUBMF4. Thank you

I had this scenario a couple of weeks ago and the update finally arrived couple of days ago. Am in the UK

I was wanting to know if you could help me i was running jelly bean 4.2 I9505ZHUBMF4 and i updated to I9505XXUEMI8_I9505OXAEMI8_I9505XXUEMI8_OXA trial version and want to know if i can reinstall back to 4.2? Thank you

Did you get an update. I have been trying this from the date this release and I have tried from everything Kies, Wifi, OTA but no luck. And I am also not rooted
