Apps First Attempt at an app (tictactoe)

Hi im new to creating android apps, I was following a tutorial on youtube and I have got confused and stuck, im just wondering if there is anyone out there willing to look at my app finish the app off then make some notes on where I have gone wrong and what I needed to do, I am in no rush or hurry to get this completed so if anyone is up for helping me out let me know and I shall send over what I have already.

I think more would reply to specific issues rather than writing a full application.
