Hi

First post on these forums. Thought it would be rude not to register as I have read so many threads since buying my Galaxy Europa.

I have the 'multiple text' bug like many others, which is a shame, because I really like this phone...at only
 
Hi and welcome. You can pick and choose when you are connected. Just grab yourself a couple of icon widgets from the Android Market to toggle wifi and mobile data. The curvefish widgets are nice.
 
Ah yes, the Curvefish widgets, I have Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS and 2G/3G, and these work fine. Its just that even with all 'switches' too off, plus APNdroid off - my Europa still used data. The only way I could stop it was start the phone, kill all Apps and then engage APNdroid. If I left running tasks (and I don't kill Apps for any other reason because I don't think it is the right thing to do for Android) APNdroid didn't work.

So as I said, I am glad I get data now (
 
Not getting my avatar picture to show....have uploaded a 75x75 5kb .jpg picture, but now show. Any ideas please?
 
Oh yes indeedy, that was exactly what I had done. Now solved and my Ibanez baby now on show for all the world to see :rolleyes:
