Root First issue after rooting need some insight

Okay, I have pretty much read all the help threads even if they don't apply and I searched the forum for anyone else who has had this issue and haven't found anyone, I am stock 2.2.1 and rooted with gingerbreak running the sense rom with the oc kernel and overclocked at 768mhz even though I was stable @ 806mhz, I gave you the overclock details because I haven't noticed the problem until I oc'd, lol oh yeah and the problem is that I have noticed whenever I click a box to input text I get a flashing white line across the screen. I just tested it and it is only happening in landscape, portrait seems to be fine... any experience with this or insight you might offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Haven't encountered the issue so I can't be of help. Did it start happening after you installed something new?

I noticed it after installing the oc kernel and overclocking, from your devices list I see that you have also installed the anyrom kernel and if you havent experienced it then I will suppose its some sort of factory flaw, but its been over a week and my screen hasnt died or exploded so I will not change anything and hopefully it can last, Thanks very much for your reply though thats all I was hoping for was that someone who has that kernel installed to tell me if they had the same issue or not.

Did you install any 3rd party keyboards or anything at the same time you just happened to do the OC kernel?

Nope been using swiftkey since day one and havent updated or installed others, I have noticed it at times when simply scrolling through web based apps (browser, market) without typing so maybe i was wrong in my first conclusion but it does not seem to be causing any physical issues with the phone or more specifically the screen so maybe it was just my anxiety of overclocking in the beginning that had me worried so much to notice any little thing different since applying the kernel. Again I really appreciate your help/insight on this and hopefully I can do the same for you in the future.
