Hi. I am a brand new owner of a Samsung Stratosphere. First smartphone ever owned. So far i realize it is bigger. I am constantly hitting the volume and power buttons and my battery won't last 10 hours! And i can't figure out how to download/save pics sent to my email. So. I got about 11 more days on my trial period. Not sure, yet. lol I got 5 yr old twins and they love to play with "Talking Tom" and "Smashing Ants". I hope by perusing this sight, I may get tips and advice to make my "smart" phone more enjoyable.

P.s. To download a pic onto your phone (long press on the pic and you should see the option to save). To view a link attached to an email (tap on the link.). Long press for other options.
