So I finally got my first android phone (the droid bionic) and I'm sure I'll ask a million questions that have been on here before (I apologize).

The first thing I wanted to know was, what pre-instaled software can I get rid of to free up extra space and clean out the phone. Any other tip or tricks for a new bionic owner would be more than welcome :)

Thank you all for having me as part of the android forum.

Welcome to AF, in order to remove the preinstalled bloatware software you would need to root the phone. That basically gives you admin access to the phone's internal memory if you are more used to Windows and involves voiding your warranty.

Be sure to check out the droid bionic forums and the bionic all things root section for info on how to root the phone.
