Help First Step to use Doubletwist?

So I got the app on my phone, and also the program on my computer. I transfered all the files I wanted from itunes to doubletwist and now want to get that music onto my phone.

I went to the FAQ and the first thing it says is, "hook up your phone or device to your computer and wait a few seconds for it to show up inside doubleTwist"

I connected the phone and it doesn't show up. Do I mount as disk drive? HTC Sync? I tried both and it still didn't connect. I feel like this has been answered before but searched for all kinds of terms to find the answer and nothing came up

You have to mount the drive. Once mounted the dt app on your computer should find your device.

I'm using the dt app combo with great success.
