Root First thing you would do after Rooting?

As the title says, what would YOU do first?

FIRST go in to ClockWorkMod (you'll see references to CWM around the forums, same thing) and make a nandroid backup of your phone. That way if you screw something up while messing around with root (and you will , most everyone has at some point) you have a known good backup to restore.

with the locked bootloader dont you have to download Razr Bootstrapper?

Yes - razr bootstrap
Then I would get Root Explorer - Titanum Backup - and grab the Axi0m B12 ICS rom -- do some reading on it first.
