First time Android user from australia

Hey guys
Living in Melbourne Australia

Just bought Australias first 4g phone today, the HTC Velocity 4G.
Seems like a mad phone already, but am having trouble understanding it (coming across from an Apple iPhone 3G)

I cant seem to be able to download HTC Sync off the website.
Trying to sign up to HTC Sense, but they do not have the HTC Velocity 4G on the Sense website...
And just confused in a new phone full of features!

I have not heard of the HTC Velocity... is it a new phone from HTC?

I know a lot of people, myself included, have not been overly impressed with HTC's Sense website... a lot of the features do not work and are always "being worked on by our developers" - I have had my Desire HD for a year now and have never used their site, as it just doesn't work properly... pretty much all of the functionality can be replicated with (often free) apps from the market.

If you let us know what features you would like help with, we will try to help you out as much as possible!
