Hello there had my htc explorer about 2 weeks and its my first android phone i was wondering do you get a data charge for using the apps i guess you dont to down load the free apps but what about using the apps ive got about 250mb a month on my plan at the min with the option of increasing if need be what do you all reckon ? Thanks in advance for any help.
