Fix my Galaxy

[Android Question]

My Samsung Galaxy S4 won't stop talking back to me everytime i touch or open a tab on the phone. And it won't let me turn it off. It's really slow, And the assistant or whatever guides me through everything I do. I do I turn it off?

Settings/Device/Accessibility/Talkback You'll have to scroll down a few lines to see it. Turn it off.
