Help Fix USSD error

ussd code is not running. I'm not able to know my balance. every time I dial the number. It tells me that ussd code is not running on my device that I should try my phone. what should I do.

just to be sure, this is for your samsung galaxy tab s6 and not the samsung galaxy s6.....correct?

I'm pretty sure USSD codes can only be run from a device with a mobile carrier network connection. I'm guessing your Galaxy Tab S6 doesn't have connectivity- in this case GSM connectivity.

In your device settings what do you see listed when you tap "Connections" and then "Mobile networks"? Can you tell us what options are in your connectivity settings?
 
USSD codes are usually carrier specific, like balance enquiry etc. Suggest you check with your carrier customer service, that you actually are using the correct codes for their network.
 
Try this...

Check your 9mobile Credit with USSD codes:
  • Turn off WiFi
  • Turn off Bluetooth
  • Make sure your device is connected to 9Mobile mobile network via GSM and has a good signal
  • Dial *232# and hit send
