I just picked up my droid X and happily found out that my screen now has big clumps of little black dots. (Hard to explain if a picture is needed let me know) 
Can still use the screen nothing is wrong actually it really doesn't effect it a whole lot except on white screens. But is extremely annoying.
I have tried the few dead pixel fixers in the market to no avail. Although I'm not even sure that these are dead pixels not sure what they would be. I dropped my phone on the tile in my bathroom about 25 minutes before the problem started so I'm guessing that's why. But does anyone know of any possible way to fix this?
P.S. Not sure if this matters or not but I am rooted and on Apex.
