THINGS I TRIED TO FIZ THE ERROR OF OUTDATED PLAY SERVICES
1.download google playservices (didnt workeed)
2.install colbat play services( didnt worked and install)
3.WIPE dalvic cache and cache (didnt worked)
then do factory reste didnt worked either
then i just fixed the error by
1.downloading GAPPS for android 4.2.2
2.patching the latest play services and store on it
3.inspecting it
4.flashing it with custom recovery
5.BOOM DONE with proof screenshot
