Flag on Exchange server

just bought the galaxy s3 and noticed when i "flag" a email for follow up on my emails through microsoft exchange on my phone the default follow up is almost a week away...anyone know how to set the follow up to end that day? i called tmobile they didnt have a clue and neither did samsung when i called them

Glad to have you here, however, i really do not have any experience with Microsoft Exchange on Android so i have moved this thread into the Android Lounge so that it could receive some more attention and hopefully someone will have the answer you are looking for
