Flash Ally to T-Mobile?

My sister-in-law has an old school RAZR and my wife has her old Ally that she's not using. Is it possible to flash the Ally to T-Mobile? My wife would like to give her old phone to her sister.

The Ally is a CDMA phone and T-Mobile is a GSM carrier. The Ally is not compatible with T-Mobile's network.
