Help Flash during notification

My wife's S3 took the 4.3 update and now she has the camera flash lighting when the phone rings or gets a notification. Can this be turned off? It has to be the most annoying thing EVER.

Yeah mate. look in "accessability" settings and theres an option for it. If it isnt checked, check then uncheck it :thumbup:

There's another thread on this as well...go to Settings>My Device>Accesibilty>Flash Notification. Even if it is currently unchecked then check it and uncheck again.
