Flash from light with no reason

[Android Question]

I recently had a software upgrade on my S2 Galaxy. Following the upgrade (to what I do not know), my default ringtone was changed, but I now see my flash going off at random times. No pictures show up so I do not think any have been taken, but how do I stop this?

Check you Disability/Accessibility settings and make sure "Flash notifications" is not enabled. This feature using the camera flash as a ringtone for hearing impaired individuals.
